The National Police suspects two Haitian nationals of shooting and killing a Police first lieutenant, whose body was found bound hand and foot on Avenida Ecológica, near the Juan Bosch residential area, in Santo Domingo Este.
Diego Pesqueira, spokesman for the National Police, says investigators suspect Adrixon Dpestre Sene (Anderson), 33, and Tomy Tulisse Desarmes (Tomy), 43, for the death of 42-year old Police first lieutenant José Joaquín Encarnación Montero.
Pesqueira said that the so-called Tomy resided in a property belonging to the today deceased police officer. Initial reports is that the reason for the killing was not to pay due rent.
