President Luis Abinader will travel to Washington, DC to attend a meeting of the US-sponsored Americas Partnership for Economic Prosperity (APEP). US President Joe Biden and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken will meet with regional leaders to discuss ways to sustainable development for the shared region in democracy.
Abinader said he would travel on Wednesday and return on Friday.
Other members of APEP are Barbados, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Uruguay.
