The Dominican Republic will host the prestigious PAMAC Destination Summit in June 2026, in recognition of the extraordinary growth maritime tourism has had recently in the country. The past event was held in Aruba in June 2025.
The PAMAC conference is a popular platform that includes senior executives from the cruise tourism industry, both from cruise lines and other industry partners. Organized by the Florida and Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA), this event brings together FCCA Platinum Members and cruise executives for focused discussions, site visits, and strategic meetings to strengthen partnerships and enhance the cruise industry in the Caribbean and related regions. The summit aims to foster alignment, trust, and innovation between cruise line executives and destination stakeholders.
The announcement of the DR hosting the event was made during the signing between FCCA and the Ministry of Tourism of a Presidential Strategic Partnership Agreement, reinforcing the country’s growing leadership in Caribbean cruise tourism.

The Ministry of Tourism and the Dominican Port Authority will be working on the organization together with executives of the FCCA.
