The Gigantes were the last to qualify for the round robin, but half way through the semifinals, they are leading. Yesterday, the Gigantes defeated the Toros 5-2 in San Francisco de Macoris. The series continues with the Gigantes vs. Escogido in Santo Domingo and the Licey vs. Toros at the La Romana ballpark. Both games start at 7:30pm.
