The V Centenario InterContinental Hotel in Santo Domingo presents a Week of Colombian Gastronomy from 10-14 October. Executive chef at the hotel, Gabriel Castellar from Colombia, presents the delicacies at the hotel’s La Brasserie Restaurant. Buffet service will be open from lunch from 12-noon and dinner is a menu a la carte from 7pm.
