Yesterday, Wednesday 7 November, the Chamber of Deputies presented the first edition of the Dominican Constitution for Children, a 148-page color edition of the Constitution.
According to the president of the chamber, Abel Martinez Duran, the new edition is intended to help children learn about the principles and rights of the Dominican State from an early age.
The ceremony was attended by students as well as the president of the Senate, Reinaldo Pared Perez, First Lady Candy Montilla de Medina, and a large group of Deputies and Senators.
