The National Meteorological Office (Onamet) is forecasting some rain due to a frontal system over the north coast coming off the Atlantic. As a result of the system, there should be some light rains over the northwest, north, northeast, southeast and the central mountains. However, according to Onamet, temperatures will continue to climb because of the prevailing winds from the east/southeast. The Onamet continues to advise people to save water due to the dry spell typical for this time of the year.
