Corporacion Minera Dominicana (Cormidom) said that it is not true that Zhongjin is a Chinese state-owned company. He confirmed that Cormidom is owned by Perilya Ltd, an Ausralian company whose main shareholder is the Chinese firm. Wikipedia lists the company as being Chinese state-owned.
Andrew Lord, president of Cormidom, made the comment after the publication of the version that Zhongjim was a state-owned company carried in Diario Libre and covered in DR1 News.
