The Dominican men’s national basketball team lost to Brazil 78-77 in the warm up Tuto Marchand Continental basketball cup in Puerto Rico yesterday Thursday 22 August. The game was decided in the last second.
The DR will now play Puerto Rico, Canada and Argentina during the 22-26 August series. The games are a warm up for the World Cup Qualifier that follows from 31 August to 11 September in Venezuela. In Venezuela the DR will again vie for one of four world championship slots.

DR vs. Argentina, 25 August at 8:30pm
