Set for 27-29 September, the Multicultural Gastronomic Festival will open in Sosua, Puerto Plata. The event is sponsored by Turisopp, the Ministry of Tourism, the city government of Sosua, Gerico water and Ashoresoca. Participating chefs include Esperanza Lithgow, in charge of the gastronomical department of the Ministry of Tourism, Chef Victor and many others. Some 15 Puerto Plata restaurants will present their dishes at the event that will be held at the Parque Las Flores in Sosua.
