Have faith in justice system, says Subero

Jorge Subero Isa, president of the Supreme Court, has called on the public to have faith in the independence of the legal system in the Baninter case.
Supreme Court justices have been named as possible beneficiaries of Baninter?s “generosity.” Subero Isa denied the accusation and guaranteed that the Court would ensure that all parties involved in the case would be subject to all the correct legal procedures. He agreed that the identities of those who received funds from Baninter should be made public, as well as those who have been guilty of some malpractice. “I am in favor of anything that contributes to making the process more transparent” he said, quoted in Hoy newspaper.
