Listin Diario reports that Generadora Haina has embargoed the bank accounts of the Union Fenosa and AES power distributors — Edesur, Edenorte and Edeeste. Generadora Haina claims the distributors owe RD$780 million. Recently two of the larger generator companies complained that contractual revisions carried out by the government have been discriminating against them in favor of the distributors.
