The Attorney General of the Province of Monseñor Nouel (Bonao) said that anti-narcotics agents are in complicity with the leading drug dealers in Bonao. Nicanor Martin Ferreira said that the bosses of drug trafficking in the area have arranged so that the Drug Control Department may arrest one or two small time dealers from time to time to show they are doing their job.
