95-year-old former statesman, Joaquin Balaguer, says he would consider running for President again. He told journalists that he would do so “with pleasure if it were the will of God.” He said, “I do not know if I will be back, or I will go to the cemetery,” when asked if he would consider being the PRSC candidate in 2004.
