The Pan-American Sports Organization has appointed engineer Roque Napoleon Muñoz as supervisor of the buildings going up for the 2003 Pan Am Games in Santo Domingo. Months ago, Muñoz resigned from the Organizing Committee when they changed the site of the Pan Am Games from the corner of Maximo Gomez and John F. Kennedy to its present site near Las Americas International Airport. Muñoz is the DR representative to the International Olympic Committee.
