Presidente announced yesterday its new campaign to drive home the message that minors should not be sold alcoholic beverages. Rafael Menicucci, president of the Cervecer?a Nacional Dominicana brewery, said that the 5,000 outlets that sell Presidente beer would receive brochures with information on Article 121 of Law 14-94 that prohibits the sale of alcohol to children.
Education Minister and Vice President Milagros Ort?z Bosch was present at the launch of the new campaign.
Rafael Menicucci said in his explanation that the protection of minors is a responsibility of all sectors of society.
