Dominican Simon Suarez was chosen vice president of the Caribbean Hotel Association. Simon Suarez, is vice president of Coral Hotels in the DR. He is also vice president of the Dominican Hotel & Restaurant Association. He will be sworn in the post during the upcoming Caribbean Hotel Association convention to be held in Mexico.
