Dr. Jose Joaquín Puello told Hoy newspaper that they are counting on receiving a first allotment in September of a US$6 million credit that would be contracted with the Venezuela Investment Fund for the repair and construction of facilities needed for the Pan Am Games in 2003. The loan would be as a result of the San José petroleum agreement. The money will be used to repair and build several installations for the Pan Am Games.
