Former President Leonel Fernandez will travel today, Friday 25 August to Chile to participate in the Seventh Meeting of the Montevideo Circle. The meeting of leading regional economists, social researchers and former Presidents is scheduled for 27-29 August in Santiago de Chile. The former president will travel accompanied by former Minister of Industry and Commerce, Luis Manuel Bonetti.
