Snow will not be coming, but Christmas has started early, at least in Santo Domingo. Christmas lights are up, and stores have readied themselves to sell an extensive variety of Christmas decorations. Anyone driving around Santo Domingo will be pleasantly surprised to discover that Christmas is already in the air.
