IMF agreement to be signed by mid-August

Finance Minister Rafael Calder?n has announced that the letter of intention to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) will be ready in the coming week and that the agreement between the Dominican government and the organization will be signed in mid-August. Calder?n explained that once the document has been signed, the funds would enter the Dominican economy.
Earlier, the government had announced the agreement would be signed in mid-July, based on a letter of intent/commitments amply publicized in the Dominican media.
