The judicial authorities transferred past government contractor Felix Abreu, the former director of the Office for Coordinating Public Works, engineer Felix Bautista, the former director of the PEME program, a sort of welfare institution that gave out checks to unemployed potential troublemakers, and PEME check cashier Grecia Maria Peguero Rivera, as well as Leon López and Noe Maria Camacho Ovalle to the Najayo jail in San Cristóbal.
