President Leonel Fern?ndez travels this afternoon to Caracas, Venezuela to participate in the inaugural of President-elect Hugo Chavez tomorrow. In Caracas he will meet with other regional statesmen, including many that will travel to Santo Domingo in April to attend the meeting of the Association of Caribbean States.
