President Fern?ndez yesterday created a new permanent commission of experts to examine all the various laws, decrees, regulations, resolutions, manuals, instructions, etc. relevant to the administration of the national government with a view to rationalizing, updating and amending them to create a more modernized public administration. Decree 98-99 names Dr. Crist?bal G?mez Yang?ela to head the new commission.
