Consuls in Havana

President Leonel Fernandez appointed four new consuls, including personnel of the new Dominican Consulate, in La Havana, Cuba. These are Grecia Fiorda Licia Pichardo Polanco, new consul general in Havana. At the time of the designation, she was consul general in Montreal, Canada. Other consular officers in Havana designated by the government are Inocencio Santiago, and Patricio Bosch Quidiello, son of the ad vitam president of the Partido de la Liberacion Dominicana, Juan Bosch. Milagros Cartagena was appointed consul in Montreal, Canada. Diana Cambiaso is the new Dominican consul in Sao Paolo, Brazil, replacing Domingo A. Minaya. Carmen Virginia Cardona de Van Riet was appointed consul in Curacao, replacing Amin Rodríguez. Ramon Antonio Bueno Estevez was appointed vice consul in Montreal, Canada and Vladimir Velazquez is the new counsellor of the Dominican embassy in Germany.
