The Licey Tigers won their 23rd game of the Dominican Winter Baseball Season defeating the Escogido Lions 5-0 in Santo Domingo ball park last night. In San Pedro, the Estrellas defeated the Azucareros 7-4, and in San Francisco de Macoris, the Gigantes lead the Aguilas 6-1. The Licey Tigers are still in first place followed by the Escogido, Aguilas, Azucareros, Estrellas and Gigantes. Julio Cesar Franco is the leading batter, followed by Luis Polonia and Manny Alexander.
