President Leonel Fernandez sent letters to President Joaquín Balaguer and José Francisco Peña Gómez inviting these to integrate into the national dialogue planned for January. President Balaguer received the letter in his residence, but not so Peña Gómez. Peña Gómez’s letter was left in the residence of Hatuey de Camps, secretary general of the PRD party.
