Henry Kissinger, the former U.S. Secretary of State during the Richard Nixon administration, paid a courtesy visit to President Leonel Fernandez at the National Palace for half an hour on Saturday, 27 December. Kissinger is visiting the D.R. to spend the holidays with his friend, Oscar de la Renta.
