Viva Wyndham has become the first Dominican hotel to receive the rigorous ISO 9001:2001 certificate of accordance with standards of quality management systems in the range of an all-inclusive hotel property. The company says the certificate is in line with the company’s commitment to providing guests with exceptional service.
The certification covers the seven properties the Dominican-based chain operates in the DR – Viva Wyndham Dominicus Beach and Viva Wyndham Dominicus Palace in Bayahibe; Viva Wyndham Tangerine in Cabarete; Viva Wyndham Playa Dorada in Playa Dorada, Puerto Plata; and Viva Wyndham Samana, in Las Terrenas. Also certified are the Viva Wyndham Maya and Viva Wyndham Azteca in Mexico. Work is under way to certify the chain’s Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach in Bahamas.
