RockResorts International has announced that it will manage operations for a resort in the Dominican Republic that is scheduled to open later this year.
RockResorts, a subsidiary of Broomfield-based Vail Resorts, Inc., also will offer technical advisory services and provide marketing licensing services to assist in residence sales for Balcones Del Atlantico, a RockResort. The Broomfield company was selected for the work by the Bisono Group.
Balcones Del Atlantico, located on the Samana Peninsula, will feature about 350 total units, multiple restaurants and bars, swimming pools and other amenities at full build-out, according to a news release from RockResorts. It is the company’s first property in the Dominican Republic.
