Group Metro recently announced an increase in sales of over 300% in 2011. It also announced that Las Olas, one of its beachfront developments in Juan Dolio had now sold 97% of its units and had reached the final stage of construction, now focusing on the finishing details of the common areas including the swimming pool, lobby, parking area and additional amenities. Las Olas is one of Group Metro’s four properties within the real estate portfolio in Juan Dolio.
In additional to Las Olas being nearly sold out, Group Metro anticipates another active year with its other developments Marbella and Costa Blanca. Most recently the company re-launched the second phase of Marbella, announced additional lots for sale at Costa Blanca, and will soon be celebrating the opening of the golf course and Clubhouse.
