Organized by the Dominican Republic Art Galleries Association, the next Night of the Art Galleries is coming up this Thursday, 17 October. That evening, the country’s leading art galleries in Santo Domingo are staying open until late with special activities for visitors. This is a wonderful way to get to know quality Dominican art. The gallery owners themselves will be present to provide information about the artists.
A minibus is available starting from Arawak Arte Contemporaneo at Calle Rafael Augusto Sanchez No. 53 in Piantini, Santo Domingo departing for the tour at 7pm.
