The remains of former Vice President Carlos Morales Troncoso will be honored at the Presidential Palace in Santo Domingo at 10am today, Tuesday 28 October 2014. There will be a mass in his memory at the Cathedral at noon and then he will be laid to rest at the Puerta del Cielo cemetery in northern Santo Domingo. His body arrived last night, Monday 27 October 2014, from Houston, Texas after his death on Saturday 25 October. He had been suffering from leukemia.
