The 911 Emergency System is swiftly earning a reputation for good and professional service. Now Minister of the Presidency Gustavo Montalvo has announced it will also help in cases of excessive noise. Santo Domingo residents will be able to call in with noise-related complaints as of 15 January 2015. According to Montalvo, the measure is aimed at improving quality of life for Dominicans.
