Frank Ceara gets a break

Dominican showman Frank Ceara is riding high on the publicity being generated by his double-win at the World Song Festival held on 28 March in Puerto Rico. Ceara was honored for the song and interpretation of ?Un Dia Volveras,? which will become part of Puerto Rican singer Ednita Nazario?s next CD. The musical arrangement was done by Pen Bian Sang. Ceara and Sang competed against 19 songs and singers from Uruguay, Estonia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Guatemala, Australia, Israel, the US, Italy, Panama, Costa Rica, Argentina, Colombia, Holland and Luxumberg. Ceara took first place for best musical arrangement (US$3,000 award) and third place in the best composition category (US$5,000 award). The international festival was created by the Fundacion de Bellas Artes de Panama and next year will take place in Mexico.
