The Social and Agrarian Action Training Center (CEFASA) has signed an agreement with the state University of Haiti at the Henry Christophe campus in Limonade. The agreement between the two entities is aimed at promoting training areas for discussion and research while strengthening the bi-national relationship between the Dominican Republic and its neighboring nation. The agreement was signed at the installations of CEFASA in the presence of the chairman of the University’s Management Board, Jean Marie Theodat, and the executive director of CEFASA, Hanglet Tejada. According to El Caribe, both institutions are preparing to launch a diploma in Bi-National Relations in the coming months with students and facilitators from the Dominican Republic as well as from Haiti.
