The Polish authorities have announced that the trial of former priest Wojciech Gil (Father Alberto Gil) accused of sexually abusing minors in Santiago, Dominican Republic will be heard in Poland on 20-25 March and will continue on 10 and 24 April 2015. The priest returned to his home country after investigative journalists in the Dominican Republic exposed the case.
Dominican prosecutors have been cooperating with the Polish authorities.
