President Danilo Medina traveled to Florida yesterday, Sunday 1 March 2015, to see a doctor. He is suffering from dermatitis caused by emotional stress. Press director Roberto Rodriguez Marchena said that the President was consulting the specialist online, and was then asked to see him in person for a check up. The rash has affected his cheeks, forehead and chin. President Medina flew out at 5pm for his consultation today, Monday, 2 March 2015. The Presidency said he would return after the appointment.
