Dominican Interpol arrested 56-year old Canadian Richard Dale Johnston in Sosua, Puerto Plata on Sunday, 15 March 2015. He was sought for alleged involvement in crimes of robbery, fraud and money laundering. He was arrested at the Hotel Mary Rose of Calle Alejo Martinez in Sosua with arrest warrant 00049-2015 and international capture order No. 1226-2-2015. The warrant for Johnston’s arrest was issued by the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan. He will be flown to Canada on Tuesday, 17 March 2015 via Punta Cana International Airport, according to the Police.
