The Dominican volleyball team sub-20 defeated Brazil’s best 20-and-under women players on Monday, 14 September 2015 at the World Championship taking place in Puerto Rico. The DR women won 3-0 25-22-25-22, 25-19).
The DR ended the first round first in the Pool D.
The countries playing in the tournament are China, Brazil, Bulgaria, Dominican Republic, Italy, Japan, Peru, Russia and Serbia.
