Felix Bautista is the organization secretary of the ruling PLD party.

So far, senator Felix Bautista has been able to avoid responding to the accusations made by the Attorney General. The six other individuals linked to the case are Bautista Rosario, Bolivar Antonio Ventura Rodriguez, Carlos Manuel Ozoria Martinez, Soraida Antonia Abreu Martinez, Jose Elias Hernandez Garcia, Grisel Araceli Soler Pimentel and Bienvenido Apolinar Breton Mejia.

The judges have already discussed the defense team’s request for an immediate decision on whether the appeal was granted or not.

At the hearing yesterday, Tuesday 22 September 2015, the prosecutor for the Specialized Unit Against Administrative Corruption (PEPCA) asked the court to overturn the dismissal of the case that was issued by Supreme Court Judge Alejandro Moscoso Segarra in favor of the accused.

The judges were asked to send the accused to jail on remand and to freeze their bank accounts and any of their assets or properties.
