The Embassy of the United States has announced that its Consular Section will be closed to the public from this Friday, 9 October 2015 to Tuesday, 13 October in order to install a new global data system. The Visa Center will also be closed on Monday, 12 October as it is Columbus Day, a US public holiday. Any visa or residency appointments for those days will be rescheduled. The embassy says it regrets any inconvenience caused.
