Expect traffic to be heavy in Santo Domingo tomorrow, Friday 27 November 2015 as the city braces itself for the busiest shopping day of the year. The biggest sales are at the large stores that are luring shoppers with what they promise are the best offers of the year. Shopping hours have been extended and many stores will be open from 7am to midnight. It will be a day to shop until you drop.
