Due to the recent fall in fuel prices, the CONATRA transport union has announced that fares on all of its routes will decrease by RD$5.
CONATRA president Antonio Marte said that the decrease in the price of fuel combined with the subsidy his members receive, which is a reduction of RD$36 over the normal price has enabled them to cut fares.
