The Feria Ganadera off the Malecon in Santo Domingo will again be hosting the year’s leading farming sector event, the National Agricultural and Livestock Fair. The weeklong fair opens this Saturday, 5 March 2016. This year the fair is dedicated to three farmers, Elsa Alvarez de Brache, Jose Manuel Mallen and Victor Abreu.
A variety of farming products will also be on display, and the program includes livestock exhibitions and horse shows.
