More than 250 editors and publishers of leading newspapers from Latin America, the United States and Europe are expected to attend the mid-year meeting of the Inter-American Press Association (IAPA-SIP) that will take place at the Westin Resort & Club in Punta Cana from 8 to 11 April 2016. The media representatives will discuss strategies for digital transformation, freedom of press and expression, advertising, social media and business issues. President Danilo Medina has been invited as the keynote speaker for the opening on Sunday morning, 10 April.
