Artforo, an art fair dedicated to artists who are either from the Dominican Republic or are of Dominican descent opens in New York City tomorrow, Thursday 7 April 2016. The event is being held at the Malcolm X and Dr. Betty Shabazz Center on 3940 Broadway in Washington Heights. Event organizer Oscar Abreu is also one of the participating artists, with the rest coming from France, Mexico and Florida as well as from the Dominican Republic and New York.
