Alfonso Rodriguez is promoting Pelidom as the Dominican Netflix. The plan is to attract all Dominican filmmakers and documentary producers to park their films so that people can watch the films on that platform for US$6.99, a dollar less than Netflix. The company is offering a four-day free trial run for people to test the platform. As reported, there are already 50 Dominican films on the platform. The App can be downloaded on Amazon and BlackBerry World. It is available for Apple and Android smart phones.
