A disciplinary hearing that was scheduled for yesterday, Monday 11 April 2016, by the Public Prosecution Council against the Public Prosecutor from Samana, Robert Francis Justo Bobadilla, for alleged sexual assault, psychological abuse and other serious misdemeanors in the course of his duties has been postponed until 29 April.
Seven women including lawyer Ilda Josefina King Kelly, Maria Loraine Cruz, prosecution office coordinator in Samana and Flor Ilandia Johnson have reported Justo Bobadilla for sexual assault and verbal aggression.
According to the General Inspectorate of the Public Prosecution Service, there is sufficient proof to back up the allegations.
Justo Bobadilla has been in his post for 12 years.
