Only 33.5% of Dominicans believe that corruption levels are lower in this government compared to previous administrations. The most recent Gallup-Hoy poll revealed that 33% perceive that there is more corruption, while 30.7% think that corruption has remained at the same level. The poll was carried out from 13-19 April 2016 with a margin of error of 2.4%.
When asked about private corruption, 36.7% said there is less, 32% say it is the same, and 26% say there is more.
